Can I use the app with just a wearable, without entering blood values?
Yes. The LONGEVITAL app is designed to provide a significant portion of its value before adding blood markers. However, blood markers are needed to determine your biological age and thus measure the long-term success of using LONGEVITAL. At the same time, with the help of your blood markers, we can provide you with even better daily recommendations.
What costs are incurred when using LONGEVITAL?
The current rates for both monthly and yearly contracts are specified in the app.
Both packages include daily recommendations tailored to your personal data as well as two analyses of your blood markers per year.
Which wearables are supported?
Wearables from more than 10 different providers are supported, which capture all the data necessary for the functionality of the LONGEVITAL app. Wearables from the following highly popular providers have been validated by us and therefore deliver the best results:
- Apple Watch (Series 7+)
- Garmin (most models)
- Oura Ring (Gen3)
- WHOOP (4.0)
- Fitbit (most models)

How does the BioAge clock work?
Our BioAge clock is based on a machine learning model trained to predict a person's age based on 13 to 53 blood markers without knowing the person's chronological age.
